American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:AACS) today released preliminary results of operations for IMW, its wholly owned subsidiary, for the fourth quarter and year-ending February 28, 2006. Daniel L. Hefner, President and CEO of ACS reported, �International Machine and Welding has ended the current fiscal year with its highest monthly revenue of the year at slightly over $232,000. Gross revenue for this fourth quarter will exceed the same period last year by 17.7% at $574,519. Subject to final adjustments and prior to completion of the year end audit, the preliminary review of the company records indicates that International Machine continues to be cash flow positive for the fourth quarter and for the year. We are proud of the effort of the IMW team this year as they have managed to exceed total revenue for last year by an average of $3,300 per month even though two of our more significant production machines were off line for significant rebuilds during a large part of the fourth quarter.
