("Louvem") (TSX VENTURE: LOV) announces the appointment of Sandra Cauchon, lawyer, as secretary of Louvem, in replacement of Stephanie Lee, effective as of February 24, 2009 by resolution of the board. Ms. Cauchon is a lawyer for Richmont Mines Inc., the parent Company of Louvem, since September 15, 2008.
