                                ISSUE OF EQUITY

Harrier Group Plc ("Harrier") announces that options have been exercised over
522,228 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of #0.05362 per share.

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and
for trading to commence at 8.00a.m. on  21 October 2003.

The total number of Harrier ordinary shares in issue following the exercise of
options will be 29,241,930.
