The Company has been informed today that Mr Mark Futter and his family trusts
are interested in 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company,
representing 5.79 per cent. of the issued share capital.

The Company has also been advised that Mr Stephen Massey no longer has a
notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
