Epcylon Technologies, Inc. ("Epcylon" or the "Company") (OTCQB:PRFC) has entered into a strategic partnership with AnalytixInsight Inc ("AnalytixInsight") (TSX-V:ALY) to co-distribute its suite of FINTECH software products.

Jack Bensimon, CEO of Epcylon, said, "The AnalytixInsight partnership enables our customers to access advanced algorithmic fundamental analysis and a premium scoring system to assist intraday trading activities. It also provides a new global distribution channel for Stealth Trader."

This is also a unique opportunity to incorporate a trading and executable services within Marketwall and Capitalcube."

The partnership arrangement includes a 70%-30% revenue share agreement for sales conversions in each of the respective channels between Epcylon and AnalytixInsight. The partnership includes the option to execute an agreement in building an asset management division to include Stealth Prop Trading using Epcylon's proprietary Stealth Trader and the Colony Auto-Trader electronic trading platforms. Both trading platforms use sentiment within the electronic order book to predict securities prices. Mr. Hariharan was previously a well-known Bay Street fund manager at Front Street Capital managing over $400M in assets under management.
