VANCOUVER, Sept. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - African Metals Corporation (the "Company") wishes to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, it has amended the expiry date of an aggregate 5,165,000 warrants set to expire on October 22, 2011 to April 22, 2012. All of these warrants have an unchanged exercise price of $0.15.
