Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp. (TSX:PME) files final prospectus for up to $75 million treasury offering

Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that
it has filed a final short form prospectus in each province and territory of
Canada, in connection with its treasury offering (the "Offering") of up to
8,361,204 Class A shares of the Company (the "Shares") for gross proceeds of up
to $75 million. The Agents (as defined below) have been granted an
over-allotment option to purchase an additional 1,254,180 Shares which, if fully
exercised, would bring the total gross proceeds of the Offering to $86.25
million, before deducting the payment of expenses of the Offering by the
Company. 




                                                                            
Offering Price      The Offering is priced at $8.97 per Share, which        
                    reflects the Company's net asset value per Share of     
                    $8.56 as at March 28, 2012, plus the per Share fees and

Use of Proceeds     Subject to the Company's investment restrictions, the   
                    Company intends to use the estimated net proceeds of the
                    Offering to invest in securities in accordance with the 
                    investment objective and investment strategy of the
