I can't think of a reason as to why they would issue to us and themselves more shares unless something were in the works. The stock dividend is what gives me hope

All he needs to do is announce a product or drop a big name and this will definitely fly past a quarter fast. A couple million here and there as needed until sales hit, I don’t see this effecting our stock much at all.

The company likely has deals that are hingent on Finra approval, that they can't make public or Finra will need all their info to evaluate them before they approve the change.
