Rachel Kirsh Named Chief Risk & Compliance Officer of Oliver Wyman Group

Rachel Kirsh has been named Chief Risk & Compliance Officer
(CRCO) of Oliver Wyman Group. Ms. Kirsh reports to John Drzik, CEO
of Oliver Wyman, and to Scott Gilbert, CRCO of Marsh & McLennan
Companies; she also has joined the Oliver Wyman Management
Committee. Ms. Kirsh is based in Cleveland.
In her CRCO role, Ms. Kirsh is responsible for overseeing global
management of Oliver Wyman’s Enterprise Risk Management program,
which includes identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks;
working with firm and business unit leaders to develop risk
mitigation plans; crisis management planning and execution; regular
risk reporting and review; and risk training and communication. She
will also lead all compliance efforts across Oliver Wyman, working
closely with the Marsh & McLennan Companies Compliance
team.

Previously, Ms. Kirsh served as Global Head of Human Capital
Operations for Oliver Wyman, a role she assumed in 2002. Prior to
joining Oliver Wyman, she worked as an employment lawyer. A native
of Cleveland and a dedicated runner, Ms. Kirsh has completed eight
marathons, including Boston, New York, Chicago, and Cleveland. She
holds an A.B. in History from Harvard College and a J.D. from
William & Mary Law School.
