Technologies Corporation (NYSE: JBT) today announced that
Megan Rattigan has been named
Controller for JBT Corporation, effective December 1, 2013. As Controller, Ms.
Rattigan will lead and manage JBT's financial accounting policies,
controls and reporting requirements.
Ms. Rattigan brings over 20 years of accounting, financial
control and management experience. She originally joined FMC
Technologies, Inc. in 2002 as a consultant. Since then, she
has served in a variety of accounting, financial reporting, control
and management roles within FMC Technologies, JBT's previous parent
company, as well as with JBT Corporation. Most recently she
has served as the Chief Accounting Officer since November
2008. Megan holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, is a
certified public accountant and began her professional career in
the Assurance practice of Ernst & Young LLP in 1992.
