OLD GREENWICH, Conn., June 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ellington Residential Mortgage REIT (NYSE: EARN) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a dividend for the second quarter of 2016 of $0.40 per share, payable on July 27, 2016, to common shareholders of record as of June 30, 2016.
