Folks getting hammered in the NASDAQ ICCT...meanwhile the OTC Preferred stock, absolutely no one paid attention too but me, is blowing up big time, even had an $8.00 bidder yesterday at one point. That's what I love about the OTC.....I bought my first shares there at .12 cents...lol..!!

Ok, now I see, the shareholders still need to approve the conversion of the Preferred Stock to Common Stock...and that vote will be at the end of May, along with some other things, including a potential reverse split between (1:2 - 1:30) ....yikes. I guess they need the r/s to stay on NASDAQ though. IDK tough call, the OTC would be more illiquid...but...if they keep diluting post r/s folks could end up with big losses.

I'm not in ICCT but I do own some of their Preferred Stock, that is supposed to able to be converted into ICCT at a minimum of $2.00 per share... but... I can't get any information on how to do it, even my broker is clueless about it, as they have not filed any corporate actions concerning the conversion, they only issued a PR about it.
