On November 25, 2024, Vast Renewables Limited (the “Company” or “Vast”) issued a press release announcing it has signed an updated funding agreement to access up to $30 million of its existing $65 million grant from the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (“ARENA”), a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
