Item 8.01. Other Events.

On September 28, 2023, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.52 per common share to be paid on October 31, 2023 to shareholders of record as of October 16, 2023.

A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.

DENVER, October 2, 2023 – TTEC Holdings, Inc.
