DIRECTORATE CHANGE





IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company") today announces the appointment of Marcus
Kneen to the executive position of Finance Director, with effect from 1st
December 2003. Marcus will also be appointed as company secretary with effect
from the same date.



The Company also wishes to announce the resignation with immediate effect of
Alice Patrick as Finance Director and company secretary, due to health
circumstances.
