I believe I, too, have “underguesstimated” something—the legitimacy of Mr S’s installation. Because of a lack of any meaningful news/filings from Quantum, I now predict that his installation will not happen anytime soon. Possibly never.

I wonder if they are doing that to get the price up, shrink up the outstanding and float to next to nothing and then somehow work RNVA shares into the fold here?
