ICTV Brands, Inc. Appoints Douglas Crouthers as President

ICTV Brands, Inc. (OTCQX: ICTV), (CSE: ITV), a digitally focused,
direct response marketing and branding company specializing in the
health, wellness and beauty sector, today announced the
appointment of Douglas Michael Crouthers as President. With a
degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Cal State, Mr.
Crouthers has over 20 years experience in the DRTV, D2C and D2R
industry, holding senior positions with some of the industry’s
leading and founding companies, such Tony Hoffman
Productions/Wellquest/Emson/Irwin Naturals/Monarch Media &
Applied Perceptions. Douglas joined ICTV Brands in 2014 as Vice
President of Sales and has overseen sales expansion of the
company’s two core brands, no!no!

DermaWand
® not only into US retail and multiple
live home shopping outlets, but also into over 68 countries
throughout the world. As President Mr. Crouthers will work directly
with the CEO in formulating strategic growth plans to cement ICTV’s
position as a profitable, leading world supplier of specialized
in-home beauty devices and accompanying consumables. It is planned
that upon the retirement of Kelvin Claney, current CEO and
principal founding partner of ICTV Brands, Mr Crouthers will step
into the CEO role.
