                              Additional Listing                               

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for 7,179 ordinary shares of 14p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

The Ordinary Shares are being issued in connection with a director share issue
as detailed in our Announcement to the Market dated 26 March 2003 reference
PRNUK-2603. Admission is expected to become effective on 3 April 2003.
