On April 16, 2020, ClearPoint Neuro, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial performance for the first fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2020 and providing an update with respect to its response to the COVID-19 pandemic. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
