                          Results of Annual General Meeting

Host Europe PLC, one of Europe's leading internet hosting providers to the SME
market announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the company held earlier
today, the Company's shareholders passed all of the resolutions tabled.

Abby Hardoon, Group Chief Executive of Host Europe, said:


"Since the events in May which led to a Board reorganisation, I am pleased to
announce that the Group has continued to trade strongly and that there has been
no discernable effect on the Groups operating performance. The Group continues
to have a strong balance sheet and has attracted a number of high profile
corporate clients during the period, including the supermarket group Somerfield,
Stagecoach UK Bus, Warwickshire LEA, Dolland & Aitchinson Ltd, Interflora
British Unit Limited, and T-Mobile."



"In June we announced the appointment of Stephen Sadler as Chief Financial
Officer, and we have also made significant management and operational
improvements within the company as we look to drive further efficiencies into
Host Europe. These changes, together with our continued development of new
products and capabilities, give the Board confidence that we will continue to
deliver the results and growth going foward"
