ASOS was informed on 17 March 2003 that on 14th March 2003 Hoodless Brennan &
Partners Plc bought 2,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.25 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company. On the same day Hoodless Brennan &
Partners Plc sold 917,600 ordinary shares leaving them with 1,082,400 ordinary
shares.


Hoodless Brennan & Partners Plc now holds a total of 1,082,400 ordinary shares,
representing 1.76 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company
