I can't confirm this, went to their website to look, but couldn't not get into that page.

The idea that Dell could be shorting SMCI is not too far fetched, anything is possible in this arena. Main competitor. Did you know that Bill Gates lost over 2 billion dollars just lately shorting TSL*A. The idea that Ernst and Young was helping their short buddies is also not too far fetched. This is a very dirty business, timing is everything.

Relatively low volume today, I think the tradable float could get locked with another 60-70 million volume in one day alone, the rest will be history.

The big boys controlling this, not retail, when they are ready, it will blast through 40....50.... All we can do now is wait and buy the dip, they love this channel trading, get as much traders out of position as possible especially way out of the money calls. Highly likely things will happen when you least expect it. Filings very likely will be the last minute to seconds down to the wire February 25th.

This one has too many flippers, look at out other one NBI*S scoring at least a 7% bloody red day, this looked great in intraday but lost its momentum, besides the manipulation, there is much success getting the flippers out. I still expect something from management about the CFO next week.

It is the old chicken or the egg. Is the channel formed by the trading or the channel formed in response to the trading? In 25 years, I've never determined. It was enough to know it's reliable for trading

I expect, accountant PR next week, audit report will drag to the end. So I expect filings to hit the very last day. I don't believe one word about the Christmas time issues with finding an accountant. They have already done their interviews way before Christmas, I believe they are dragging this on to shake out the weak hands.

In general, Christmas season isn't the time to try to hire someone. A company would usually wait until the New Year started to search for a new hire.

In addition, the company was preparing for CES (one of the biggest, if not THE biggest, show of the year). Once the show is over (starting next week), I would think that the hiring process will move forward at full speed.

For now, David Weigand will continue to serve as the company's CFO until a successor is named. Additionally, Kenneth Cheung has been appointed as the Chief Accounting Officer, indicating some leadership changes within the financial team.

Super Micro Computer , the server maker that has delayed filing its earnings for the past fiscal year, was heading higher on Tuesday after gaining almost 10% to start the week.

The stock, which was the most volatile in the S&P 500 index last year, added 0.7% in premarket trading to $36.70 after adding 9.4% on Monday. Coming into the session, the shares are up 20% over the past five days.

The company could be getting a boost from its association with the booming artificial intelligence industry -- it counts chip maker Nvidia , Facebook -owner Meta Platforms , and Google parent Alphabet as customers. The CES technology trade show in Las Vegas may lift the sector this week. On Monday, Nvidia unveiled its next generation graphics cards.

Super Micro, which trades under the ticker SMCI, has until Feb. 25 to file its accounts, a deadline given by the stock exchange that means there's no threat of a delisting for now.

The company is working with a new auditor, BDO, after Ernst & Young resigned. An internal investigation found no evidence of fraud by executives in the issues raised by EY, but Super Micro is still looking for a new chief financial officer, as recommended in the review.

I anticipate big move coming on SMCI, also seeing NBI*S hitting yearly high and cutting through for the 40 range by end of this month. MSF*T will be forking out 80 billion dollars for AI infrastructure for 2025, even if SMCI gets 10-15% of that bill, SMCI after audit will hit all time high too.

Hindenburg has targeted CARVANA now CV*NA. Citron short seller is backing NBI*S and pounding the table saying it is severely undervalued and a hidden gem, sees short term 60 dollars. I can't wait to see them buried alive on SMCI, provided that they haven't covered yet, betting they have already.

I see $40s next week. Just a hunch.

Trust me on this one, couple of hundred shares will take you a long way. Believe me, I have even smacked myself in the head for making wrong calls all the time. This is a zero sums game, but NB*SI has true value in it, they may manipulate it for now, but when it gets discovered it will run its course.

The same line of business as SMCI, but here is the trick, NVD*A apparently invested 700 million dollars in NBI*S but no filings has showed up yet, filings show up, will run big and almost no debt. They are trying to keep this under wraps. I potentially see this one hitting big numbers deep into triple dollars.

SMCI is looking good for next week, market cooperates and the anticipation of new CFO will drive the price up.

They promoted someone from inside to a Senior Accounting Officer, he was awarded company stock, he was promoted on November 27th. Next PR will be new CFO, then earnings date will be announced for fiscal year or February 25th we will see 3 filings back to back. They are probably going to drag this on to the last day.
