Filing won't be here till the last minute. There is speculation on the internet that it is Monday and there is speculation that it is on February 4th. My gut tells me, they are going to drag this till last second after market on the 25th of February. That is what my gut says, that is enough time to lock the float up and let it play out like CVN*A in 6-9 months. People are cheering and getting ahead of themselves thinking this overnight run, must be leak somewhere, I seriously doubt that and they might be in for a big surprise if the supposedly leak never materializes and they drag this one to Monday and Monday never materializes and they February 4th comes and that never materializes, the higher it goes the more the float gets locked up for the inevitable audit report. Today's after hours run and overnight run is basically the news from Trump on that 500 billion dollar deal from overseas.

Who knows, who is behind the run, even as I type this they got Robinhookers chasing their pimps. All I know is this is going to exact the same thing as CVN*A did. I am not sweating bullets, though it is not for everyone, I invested $170,000 grand on TGL*O lottery ticket and the merger pans out, that will generational wealth for me. I wholeheartedly believe in SMCI will come through, in fact buying another 6,000 grand tomorrow and that will be close to 130,000 invested in here. Welp, we are only 20 day trading days away approximately. SMCI can't afford not to present the report, not only that, they can't be altered, otherwise heavy punishment by the market. All I know is hedges still buying and if they are buying and have bought in the past, will give the company the benefit of doubt to present their case. As far as I am concerned that 500 billion investment is going into American made companies and Supermicro is American.

If they take it all the way to Feb. 24 with no filings the stock might make a run for a while in anticipation but it will be a mess if they don’t deliver. My hope is they surprise us one day earlier than that. Can’t see why it takes so long.

Yes, they have to be out by now, they can't be that dumb, but apparently there is still well over 70 million short position, don't know if there is any basis for that those numbers, I think retail is on the put position. All that 70 million if true, can't be all retail, there has to be some hedges in that mix, Hindenburg already did their damage when this hit bottom of the barrel at $18 dollars and they cashed out, they were most likely shorting this from the peak at 120 dollars before the hit piece articles were coming out one after another.

I was in another company once that got attacked in this way. The stock got pumped for a few weeks then the selling started and after about ten days straight of selling the “report” came out alleging fraud, etc. and the stock crashed. Within minutes of the report a law firm started soliciting for a class action. The company sued and won but got nothing out of it except the win. Shareholders were left empty handed and the company never recovered. It was a small penny stock, biotech. Nothing like SMCI.
