It's a race against the clock...they either are close to the point, or past it, when they cannot dilute fast enough to pay the bills.

The absolute obscene amount of dilution and the increased rate of cratering of the stock price in the last month shows that.

They will have to essentially shut down operations, mothball the facilities....or sell them.

And then there is Bollinger...they will likely go into receivership first.

I hope someone throws this in Nasdaq's face at some point. Their whole attempt to update their rules to make it easier to delist companies that do multiple reverse splits is an absolute joke when they leave one glaring loophole that does nothing when the RS's are completed prior to notification of failure to maintain a $1 bid price.
