On June 30, 2023, Bon Natural Life (NASDAQ: BON) received a letter from Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC, notifying the Company that it no longer complied with Nasdaq’s majority independent board and independent audit, compensation, and nominating committee requirements as set forth in Listing Rule 5605. As disclosed in its Report on Form 6-K filed with the SEC on August 4, 2023, the Company appointed Jianjun Gao, Ph.D. as a new independent director on August 2, 2023. As disclosed in its Report on Form 6-K filed with the SEC on October 5, 2023, the Company appointed Jing Chen and Zhixiang Gao as additional independent directors on October 2, 2023.

On October 9, 2023, the Company received notification from Nasdaq that it has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5605.

Market Cap is less than 1X earnings?? What is going on here? Looks like a bargain to me. IFF trades at 2X revenue with negative earnings. Using that this company should have a market cap of $58M with a stock price above $5.
