                              UBC Media Group plc

New Contracts Extend Audience for Entertainment News Network by 1.2 Million
                                   Listeners

UBC Media Group plc ("UBC"), the commercial radio broadcasting company and
leading independent radio programme producer, today announces that it has
reached agreement with Guardian Media Group ("GMG") to broadcast its
Entertainment News programming on all GMG radio stations in the UK.

The Entertainment News service forms part of UBC's network programming which is
funded by advertising sold within the programmes by UBC.

This deal brings into UBC's network, JazzFM in London, Smooth FM in the North
West and the Real Radio services in Wales, Scotland and Yorkshire. Taken
together, these new services raise the total audience that UBC is able to offer
to its advertisers on its Entertainment News network by 21% to 6.9 million
listeners.

Simultaneously, UBC has also re-signed both GMG and all GWR stations to its
traffic and travel service "AA Roadwatch" for the next twelve months.

Commenting on the contract wins, UBC Chief Executive Simon Cole said:

"As we reported last November we are seeing a strong recovery in the advertising
market and this has continued into the New Year. This is a great time to be
building our available audience by bringing new affiliates to our networks as
well as extending the relationships we already have".
