                          Update on Dividend Timetable

The Company confirms that the disposal of Frannor Investments and Finance
Limited to Petra Diamonds Limited ("Petra") completed on 26 March 2007 and
accordingly the dividend of the 19,674,584 shares in Petra to shareholders in
the Company, by way of a dividend in specie (the "Dividend"), is now being
finalised.

Share certificates will be dispatched to shareholders on or around 29th March
2007 and trading in the Petra shares issued pursuant to the Dividend is expected
to commence on Monday 2 April 2007.
