The Board of Directors of Worldsec Limited announce that Mr Yukihisa IWATA has
tendered his resignation as a director of Worldsec Limited with effect from 31
December 1998.  Mr Keigo YOKOYAMA has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director
of Worldsec Limited effective from 1 January 1999, and Mr Takumi MUKAIYAMA
appointed as his alternate with effect from 1 January 1999.
