                             Retirement of Director

As stated in the Company's 2004 accounts, Mr J A Fooks, a Non-executive Director
of the Company, retired as a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the
Company's Annual General Meeting today.


The Board is grateful to Mr Fooks for his valuable contribution to the Group
since his appointment in 1996.
