Mr D J Lanchester, a PDMR and Company Secretary of the Company has notified the
Company that he has sold 1,128 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company on 22
September 2006 at 733p.



Following the sale, Mr Lanchester holds 8,000 Ordinary shares of 5p in the
Company, representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.



Mr Lanchester's other interests in the shares of the Company are unchanged.
