The Board of Warner Estate Holdings  PLC ("the Company") announces that Mr Jim
Neill, the Company's  Property Director, has given  notice of his intention to
leave the Company.  By mutual agreement he will leave  the Board and cease his
executive role within the Company with effect from 22 December 2000.
