                             Director Declaration                              

 

The Company announces, due to an administrative error, certain amendments to
previously disclosed directors' details in respect of Mr. Malcolm Ball, in
accordance with paragraph 18 of Appendix 1 of the PLUS Rules.

In addition to the current and past directorships previously disclosed, set out
below are details of any bankruptcy or individual voluntary arrangements.

In July 2002 Mr. Ball entered into an individual voluntary arrangement and the
agreed claim amount was �25,350.17. The completion of the individual voluntary
arrangement, originally due in July 2007, has been delayed due to the death of
the supervisor and the process of appointing a replacement. Mr. Ball expects to
complete the individual voluntary arrangement as soon as administratively
possible.
