Issue of Equity

Middletown, R.I. - Vectrix Corporation (AIM: VRX) (www.vectrix.com), maker of the world's first high performance, two-wheel zero
emission vehicle (ZEV), announces that that it has issued shares of common stock, par value 10 US cents each, of the Company ("Common
Stock") as described below.

Two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) shares of Common Stock have been issued to Chistopher Moe, the Company's former Chief Financial
Officer. The Common Stock was issued in exchange for the cancellation of Mr. Moe's Stock Option Agreements relative to two million ninety
seven thousand six hundred and forty (2,097,640) shares of Common Stock.

Two hundred thousand (200,000) shares of restricted Common Stock have been issued to John McGuinness, Chief Accounting Officer of the
Company, as a part of Mr. McGuinness' compensation package. Mr. McGuinness' restricted stock will vest on 1 August, 2011, or upon a change
of control, if earlier.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take
place on 11 August, 2008.

Following admission, the Company will have 283,136,331 shares of voting Common Stock in issue.
