in respect of its UK ENHANCED INCOME CELL (the "Cell")

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Company has declared a second interim dividend of 1.7 pence per UK Enhanced Income Preference Share payable out of the Cell in respect of the financial year ending 31 October 2014. This dividend will be payable on 7 May 2014 to holders on record 4 April 2014. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 2 April 2014.
