Declaration of Dividend


Thompson Clive Investments plc announces that it will be making a dividend
payment of 80p per share, a total distribution of #2.012m, on 22 December 2006
to all shareholders on the register at 24 November 2006.  This is the second
dividend payment in 2006.


The Company has made 7 tender offers, each of a minimum of some #5m.  After
looking carefully at the costs involved in distributing a lesser amount, the
Board decided that a dividend would be in shareholders' best interests.
