Change of Company's investment policy and change of name 
 
 
 
Further  to the announcement  made on 19 January  2011 and following the General 
Meeting held yesterday, 10 February 2011, the shareholders approved: 
 
 1. the change of the Company's investment policy to the investment policy as 
    set out in the Circular dated 19 January 2011; and 
 2. that the name of the Company be changed from SPARK VCT 2 PLC to Kings Arms 
    Yard VCT 2 PLC. 
 
Accordingly,  the Company has filed today, 11 February 2011, a Form NM01, Change 
of Name by Resolution, at Companies House. 
 
A copy of the circular dated 19 January 2011, which gave full details of the 
proposed new investment policy, can be viewed on the Albion Ventures website
