Results of Annual General Meeting 
("AGM") 
and 
Board Changes 
 
 
 
 
Shieldtech plc announces that following its Annual General Meeting which was 
held earlier today all resolutions put to the shareholders including those 
necessary for the Company's refinancing were duly passed. 
Board Changes 
 
 
Following the AGM Adrian Bradshaw has retired as a non-executive director of the 
Company with immediate effect. 
 
 
The Company is pleased to announce that Pommy Sarwal has been appointed a 
non-executive director with immediate effect. Pommy Sarwal is a non executive 
member of the Boards of The Port of London Authority, British Waterways Limited, 
Infrastructure India plc, Christie Group plc and Hyde Housing Association. He is 
Chair of the Audit Committees of The Port of London Authority and Chatham 
Historic Dockyard. Previously he was from 2002 - 2006 Corporate Finance Partner 
at Deloitte & Touche; from 1998 - 2002 Head of the Infrastructure and Utilities 
industry team at Andersen Corporate Finance; and from 1987 - 1998 he was 
Corporate Finance partner at Binder Hamlyn and lead client service partner for a 
number of its publicly listed and large privately held corporate clients.

acquisition of Aegis Engineering Limited and the introduction of Shieldtech to 
AIM in 2007. He was instrumental in introducing the new investors who have 
subscribed for the Loan Notes as part of the refinancing. We are grateful for 
his contribution whilst he has been on the Board and wish him well in the 
future."
