    The Company was today notified that Stanhope Capital LLP has acquired 387,602 ordinary shares of 0.148642 pence each (the "Ordinary
Shares") in the Company. Following the acquisition, Stanhope Capital LLP has an interest in 5,312,602 Ordinary Shares representing 3.208 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
