                     Disclosure of Significant Shareholding

Reed Health Group plc was notified on 22 November 2005 that, in accordance with
Section 199(2a) of the Companies Act 1985, the British Coal Staff Superannuation
Scheme has sold its entire holding of 1,032,501 Ordinary Shares in Reed Health
Group plc, representing 3.15% of the Ordinary Share capital, and therefore no
longer has a notifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company's issued
share capital. The shares were registered in the name of British Coal Staff
Superannuation Scheme (Chase GIS) Nominees Ltd.
