Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that its wholly owned subsidiary
Primary Health Investment Properties Limited has entered into a forward purchase
and funding agreement with Brackley Investments Limited to acquire a new medical
centre to be constructed in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire, for approximately
#1,000,000 (net assets acquired #1,000,000) with an anticipated rent roll of
some #70,000 per annum.  The building will be let to a GP Practice.
