Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that a subsidiary has agreed to 
acquire a medical centre investment in Leigh, Lancashire for approximately 
GBP6.9 million (net assets acquired GBP6.9 million).  The Leigh Health Park 
complex is fully let to Ashton, Leigh and Wigan PCT for occupation by five GP 
Practices and also to a Pharmacy.  There are 17.7 years remaining on the lease.
