Share purchases under the Company's Share Incentive Plan
Director/PDMR Shareholding
Nucleus (AIM: NUC) announces that, in respect of its
all-employee Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), it has received
notification that a purchase of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by the SIP trustee on behalf of
participating employees took place on 12 May 2021.
Details of the Partnership Shares and Matching Shares purchased
by the SIP trustee on behalf of PDMRs are set out in the table
below. The Partnership and Matching Shares were purchased by the
SIP trustee on behalf of the below PDMRs at a price of 189 pence
per share.
