NextGen was notified on 11 May 2012 that Alpha 4 Concepts GmbH has sold 362,340 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and as result it now holds 2,237,660 Ordinary Shares which equates to 15.44 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
