Pursuant to our obligations under The Aim Rules for companies, we hereby advise that MicroFuze received
a notification dated 19th November 2007 from Carapace Pty Ltd, that following a recent series of
purchases totaling 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.0015p each (shares) this non-related entity now holds
a notifiable interest in 16,934,072 shares, representing 7.02% of the current total voting rights of
the company.  These shares are registered under the Pershing Keen nominee holding.
