Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), the national financial advisory
group, announces that on 4 April 2018 the Group's Chairman, Mr
Richard Last, purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 1p nominal value
("Ordinary shares") at a price of 22.36p per Ordinary Share and on
5 April 2018 he purchased a further 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p
nominal value ("Ordinary shares") at a price of 22.40p per Ordinary
Share. Both share purchases were for his ISA.
Following the above transaction, Mr Richard Last has a total
beneficial holding of 912,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.71%
of the Company's issued share capital.
