Change in Substantial Shareholdings

The Company was notified today of the following changes in substantial shareholdings:

    -   Connexions (UK) PLC ("Connexions") purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company and Mr
        Sean McCarroll, the controlling shareholder of Connexions, has transferred his total holding of
        400,000 ordinary shares to that company.  Therefore, Connexions now owns a total of 500,000
        ordinary shares representing 8.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.
    
    -   Marcus Yeoman purchased 100,000 ordinary shares and now has an interest in the Company of
        300,000 ordinary shares representing 5.37% of the issued share capital of the Company.
