LOW CARBON ACCELERATOR LIMITED ("LCA" or "the Company")

Update on Sale and Purchase Agreement and proposed liquidation

Further to the Company's announcement of 7 March 2013, LCA is pleased to announce that the third payment from Sterling Planet of US$1.2m, under the Sale and Purchase Agreement between the two companies, has now been received.

The final remaining payment is now set to be received on the 17 July 2013 (US$1.2m).

The Company intends to issue a Circular to shareholders to outline its plans for the distribution of capital, the liquidation of the Company and the cancellation of LCA's admission to trading on AIM before the end of the month.
