Kada Technology Holdings Limited (AIM: KADA), the China-based provider of components and devices for the IT industry and consumer electronics, was informed yesterday that on 7 October 2013 Paul He Xuebo, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares in Kada to his wife for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Mr He's holding in the Company remains unchanged at 15,124,500 ordinary shares, representing 26.1% of Kada's issued share capital.
