Jetion Solar Holdings Limited (AIM:JHL), the manufacturer of high-performance 
solar cells and modules,  announces that following an increase in share capital 
of the Company on completion of its  acquisition of the minority interests of 
Jetion Solar  (Europe) Limited,  the shareholding of Ms Jiezhen Yang, the 
company's largest shareholder,  decreased from 59.76% to 58.86%. Ms Yang holds
