The Company (LSE:HUME) announces that it has been notified by Mr David Taylor, that on 21 July 2014, he gifted 13,125,000 ordinary shares to each of his adult sons, Mr Joe Taylor and Mr Jack Taylor and on 6 August 2014 he gifted 123,973,500 ordinary shares to each of his adult sons, Mr Joe Taylor and Mr Jack Taylor Following these transfers, Mr David Taylor is interested in 262,000,000 ordinary shares representing 9.99% of the Company's total voting rights, Mr Joe Taylor is interested in 137,098,500 ordinary shares representing 5.23% of the Company's total voting rights and Mr Jack Taylor is interested in 137,098,500 ordinary shares representing 5.23% of the Company's total voting rights.
